the staff were friendly. my room had a water view. the location was convenient to transportation options. cable carts were close.
the room was REALLY small. there was no tv in the room. i found there was no lock on the toilet door in my room.

The breakfast had tasty options. The location was near transport links making travel easy. The hotel has a modern style. Ear plugs were provided in the room, this was useful.
The room felt small. I think the photos on the website were a little misleading.

the staff were friendly. i loved that the location was ideal for accessing the excel exhibition hall. my room had great views over the river, and the rooftop bar (what a vibe!) was a fantastic spot. i really appreciate the hotel's commitment to sustainability and ethics.

great location helpful staff delicious food
The location near the cable car was AMAZING!!! The DLR line and the Elizabeth line are both close by. Getting around to central areas was quite simple. The staff was helpful , and the food in the restaurant was quite good too.
The small size of the room was a slight issue, as it felt a bit cramped. I believe a little more space would enhance the overall experience. It could also use a tv in the room.

i found the location ideal. it was a quick trip to the o2 arena. the staff was friendly. i appreciated the comfy bed for a good night's sleep.
The room lacked bedside tables. I had to use the windowsill. also, the absence of a tv was unexpected.

the staff was helpful. breakfast was good and plentiful. i liked the idea that my stay contributed to schooling a child.
the room was very small, it was about 12 m2. the toilet was also ridicolously small. i felt robbed by the price i paid.
